Our therapy programs are overseen by Master’s level, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who continually monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. In addition, BCBAs supervise and work together with Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and others who implement behavior- analytic interventions.
RBTs play an important role in the success of our therapy programs. RBTs work directly With the clients and their families implementing treatment plans. Our RBTs receive training and ongoing supervision from our BCBAs or BCaBAs.
